OUTPATIENT CHILD AND FAMILY THERAPIST 

​

We are looking for motivated LICENSED mental health professionals passionate about working with adults and children ages 5-17.

​

Ideal candidate will have experience and willingness to work with children and adolescents with sensory, emotional regulation and other neuro-developmental differences. Clinicians with limited experience with Autism wishing to develop competency in this area are encouraged to apply.

Full time position (25+ hours/week) additionally offers:

Requirements:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT or licensed PhD/PsyD in the state of PA

• Candidates holding LSW and LBS credentials must have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience

• Ability to work at least 3 evenings or 2 evenings and 1 weekend day each week

• Criminal record check and child abuse clearance

• A minimum of 3 years of post-Master's mental health field experience with children ages 5-12

• Great communication skills and motivation for personal and professional growth

• Preference given to candidates with personal and/or professional experience with Autism and/or training in DBT, TF-CBT, ERP, or ACT

This is a W-2 position that requires a minimum of 15 client contact hours per week. Full-time position is also available and requires a minimum of 25 hours per week (full caseload is built overtime with plenty of time to transition from a full-time agency job).

We currently provide services both via Telehealth and in-person. This position is hybrid (at least 50% of hours must be in person). Candidates must reside within 20 miles from the office location.

SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP THERAPIST

​

​

We are currently looking for motivated Master's Level mental health professionals passionate about working with neurodivergent children and adolescents in a group setting. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience with children and adolescents with sensory and emotional regulation differences as well as social-emotional and other developmental differences. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience with Social Skills Groups will be considered.

Spectrum of Solutions' Social Skills Group Therapist is responsible for facilitating 3-6 group 1-hour long sessions weekly. The responsibilities also include scheduling and conducting intakes with potential clients and for completing documentation in a timely and professional manner. This is a W2 employee position.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work OR undergraduate degree with 2 years of social skills group experience.

• Criminal record check, child abuse clearance and FBI background check.

• 1+ years of direct clinical experience with children ages 5-16.

• Availability to run 3-6 in person groups per week during after school hours or on weekends.

• Great communication skills and motivation for personal and professional growth.

• Preference given to candidates with personal and/or professional experience and training in Autism, ADHD, Social Thinking®, PEERS®, DIR®, Autplay®, Lego®-Based Therapy.

This is a W-2 position that is 100% in person. Candidates must reside within 20 miles from the office location.
