 Teen Connections (7th-12th Grade)

This class focuses on unique challenges faced by Neurodivergent teens as they go through adolescence and deal with puberty, limited social network, increased expectations and demands from others, bullying, social media world, dating and relationships, etc. In this class, teens come together to support each other, build positive connections with peers, understand and appreciate their own strengths, learn to advocate for themselves, develop healthy self-image, learn to navigate their own emotions, etc.

SELF-ADVOCACY

EMOTIONAL REGULATION

COPING WITH CHANGE

RELATIONSHIP SAFETY

TOPICS OFTEN DEVELOP ORGANICALLY TO INCLUDE SPECIFIC INTERESTS AND ISSUES OF THE PARTICIPANTS. GOALS AND TOPICS VARY BASED ON AGE AND GROUP NEEDS 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Teens are assigned to classes according to age and individual needs and goals. There are 3-6 teens in each class with age range of 2-3 years. Classes run in 12-week sessions and each class is 50 minutes long. Free intake is required for enrollment.

Intake is FREE

Weekly payments - $55 per week

10% discount if pre-paid for 6 weeks at a time

*Teen Connections Classes are not covered by insurance.
