OUT-OF-NETWORK REIMBURSEMENT:

We are not in network with Cigna, Tricare, CHIP, Medicaid, United Community Plan, Aetna Better Health, and other plans that are not listed above as in-network.

If we do not participate with your insurance plan and you have out-of-network benefits under your plan or a Flexible Spending Account, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement of your therapy expenses. We will supply you with a receipt of payment for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers. 

 

PROFESSIONAL FEES

 

If you do not have insurance coverage or choose not to use your insurance mental health benefits, the following fees will apply:
Initial Appointment (60 minutes): $200

Family Therapy Session (45 minutes): $150

Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes): $150

Please note pre-licensed therapists' fees:

Initial Appointment (60 minutes): $170

Family Therapy Session (45 minutes): $130

Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes): $130

SLIDING SCALE

We do offer a sliding scale, which allows for reduced fee based on your household income or other relevant circumstances. Please call us to discuss sliding scale options.
